We guarantee room types but not specific rooms. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will charge the entire amount of your stay to your credit card. While we will do our best to accommodate any change in your travel schedule, for a full refund or to reschedule the date of arrival we require a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice prior to your Date of Arrival. Room rates vary by seasons, special events and days of the week. If higher rate is applicable to the rescheduled dates, you must pay the difference at the time of rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule seven (7) days prior to your Date of Arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments. By making a reservation, you accept the terms of this cancellation policy. This policy may be superseded or augmented during Holidays, Peak periods and Special Events.

Please note that in order to secure these rates, payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservations.

Parking is free but limited to one (1) vehicle per cottage. No heavy vehicles allowed on interior of property. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Carmel Resort Inn Cottages is not responsible for damage to your vehicle. All risk of loss and or damage is the responsiblity of the vehicle owner.
